Upon termination by either party, all licences granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease. beg99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, beg99 will endeavour to notify registered users by email to the address held on file at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, except where the change is required immediately by law or for urgent security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
